Isabel brought such warmth to my time at Casa da Varanda. She encouraged us to treat the place like home. The breakfast she prepared was incredible, especially the chocolate tart. The double room with sea view? Stunning. That terrace surrounded by grapevines feels like a scene from a romantic movie. Comfortable bed, crisp linens. However, dinner options nearby were quite limited, needing an Uber to reach better choices. A car is definitely needed for this lovely but secluded spot. I'd suggest enhancing nearby dining variety for guests' convenience.

The Deluxe Double Room with Balcony offers great views that make for a chill atmosphere. The room design incorporates authentic Portuguese elements that add a unique character.
Dinner options around the hotel are scant, requiring a quick Uber ride to find more diverse cuisine. Additionally, my stay lasted only one night, which left me wishing for more time to fully enjoy the surroundings.

Just a decent option for a weekend break in Carreco with all in all brilliant value for money. The breakfast offered was homemade, and the chocolate tart really stood out. It's best to have a car for convenience since nearby dining options are limited.
